Wally is the owner / director of Projex201 in Melbourne. He has been actively involved in the building and construction industry for over a decade and is passionate about watching projects come to life, from a bare piece of land to a gorgeous forever home or a commercial business park.
Having completed his Certificate IV in building and construction with Master Builder’s Academy, he gained valuable skill-set in numerous building practices. Combined with his years of experience he decided to take the next step and be licensed as a registered building practitioner through the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), his qualification has been recognized as an unlimited residential builder and a low-rise commercial builder.
During his journey in the industry, he has worked alongside high end builders across Melbourne. His positive attitude and ethical workmanship see him thriving in the industry. Wally’s previous experience in project managing a broad range of building sites from high end architecture homes to apartment complexes and business parks. He has a knack of being able to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently. He sees each project emerge from initial design stage through to final hand over.
Wally opened the Projex201 doors to be able to offer clients a unique building experience.
